Our curriculum equips young people with the skills to manage their own futures. Springboard encourages an ethic of nurturing, safety, laughter and flexibility. 

Each young person works at their own individual level within mixed age ability groupings. They have the opportunity to sit examinations and gain qualifications.  

Oaks equips each young person with a portfolio of accredited work and certificated awards that will enable them to enter their chosen field of work, or study at their appropriate level by the time they leave.
