Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
At Springboard Education CSR is a term used to describe when businesses look beyond their initial duty to Staff, Students and the Community. We are committed to ensure that our school aims to carry out activities as ethical, sustainable and for the benefit of all stakeholders.

We feel that we have a duty to take social responsibly seriously and see it as an integral part of our business.
Our students are encouraged to consider their own social impact through tutor-time, PSHE lessons and by following the Springboard Way. Recycling is embedded throughout the school and we endeavour to reduce our carbon footprint. The Curriculum and Continuous Professional Development is used to promote knowledge, attitudes and skills to enable individuals to make informed decisions relating to the impact their actions have on the environment and our community.
Fundraising is organised at the school for various charities throughout the year and decided on by the School Council, and individual classes. Both local and national charities have benefitted from our contributions.
